What should I bring to class?
Bring your yoga mat if you have one- or you can rent one at the yoga center. Students also like to bring a towel and water. These are necessary if you are taking a Bikram Class.
Can I eat before class?
It is best to practice yoga on an empty stomach. Allow 2 hours to digest after a snack and 3-4 hours after a meal before practicing.
Do I need to pre-register or sign up for weekly classes?
Many of our regularly scheduled classes are on a drop in basis. This means you may drop in whenever you’d like to take class. Other classes on our schedule marked with an asterisk, 6 week series specials and workshops require pre-registration and class cards cannot be used.
What should I wear to class?
Wear something comfortable and light weight. Sweats are not recommended since it is usually a little warm in the studio. For Bikram classes, try to dress as lightly as possible.
