Soul Sweat Asana Teacher Training Immersion

We start this Monday, June 28th. The price is $195. This course is designed to meet your teaching where it is and take it to the next level. This course qualifies to meet the yearly C.E.U's required for all yoga teachers.

We have put together beautiful NEW CHANGING ROOMS in the lower level! Yogis, please go on downstairs and use them!

New Water Filtration System

In an effort to support cleaner environments both in our bodies and in our ecosystem, we will moving away from the plastic waterbottles and moving over to a a state of the art water filtration system from Wellsysusa. This unit is quite special because it not only filters and refrigerates the water, but it also conditions the water to have the optimal pH levels, antioxidant effect, and the cleanest taste you can get.

We will have glass and stainless steel water bottles for purchase.
